Ordersmith for Shopify
In developmentCheckout and after-purchase tools in one app. It starts with drop-off points: shoppers pick a nearby InPost locker or shop at checkout, on any Shopify plan, and the point is saved on the order ready for fulfilment. Customers can also edit their order after placing it.
- Map picker at checkout (Google or a free map), or a rate for each nearby point on any plan
- Works with Apple Pay and Google Pay, even from a product page: the nearest point is assigned and can be changed after paying
- Change the point after ordering, with an optional fulfilment hold
- Customers edit their own order: swap sizes, add or remove items with automatic refunds, change the address, switch delivery or cancel
- Changes that cost more are paid for on Shopify's secure payment page, with the order held until paid
- InPost tracking scans added to every order, from pick-up to collection
- Shipping rules, a mobile number check and shipping estimates in the basket
- Admin tools for replacement orders, and Shopify Flow triggers
- Built to keep working: outage handling, a self-scaling order queue, fast fulfilment holds, continuous backups, monitoring and email alerts
